• Ensure details are entered in every field with an asterisk
• Make sure the email address provided is correct and currently accessible.

Problems with Areas of Interest_____________________________

• Ensure the minimum required ‘Areas of Interest’ are selected.
• For members, this is at least three (3) areas of interest
• For events and groups, this is at least one (1) area of interest
• In regards to members, the categories chosen will assist in tailoring member, event and group searches to your interests
• In regards to sponsors, events and groups, the first area of interest chosen will define the category that your business, group or event is displayed within.

Problems with Uploading a Display Image and/ or Logo_________

• Ensure the image is in the correct format (that is, either a JPEG, GIF or PNG file)
• Ensure that the image in not too large. There is a generous file size limit of 18mb. However, uploading images of this size will result in a slow upload. For optimal upload speeds it is recommended to reduce file sizes to under 500kb.
• Ensure that you have selected the image within the Browse window.
• Ensure that you have certified the authenticity and ownership of the image and/ or logo, and that you have ticked the box to verify this.
• Ensure that you have clicked on the ‘Upload Image’ button. Upon doing so the selected image will display in the display box provided.
• It is then possible to change the image at any time using identical steps outlined above.

Problems with Uploading an Avatar__________________________

• If an image has been uploaded it is not possible to select an avatar. If an image has not been uploaded, it is essential to select an avatar for sign-up to proceed.
• Ensure that ‘Or Select Avatar’ is selected and that your chosen avatar is selected.
• Ensure that you have clicked on the ‘Save Selected Avatar’ button.

Problems with Uploading Gallery Images_____________________

• Ensure the image is in the correct format (that is, either a JPEG, GIF or PNG file)
• Ensure that each image in not too large. There is a generous file size limit of 18mb. However, uploading images of this size will result in a very slow upload, especially when uploading numerous images to the slideshow. For optimal upload speeds it is recommended to reduce file sizes to at least under 500kb.
• Ensure that you have selected each separate image within the Browse window.
• Ensure that you have certified the authenticity and ownership of the images and that you have ticked the box to verify this.
• Ensure that you have clicked on the ‘Upload’ button.
• Ensure that you do not exit the screen during upload.
• Ensure that you have not exceeded the image quota of twenty images. If so, select images to delete in order to upload new images.
• It is then possible to modify, change, delete and update the images at any time using identical steps outlined above.
